Hummus!!! (VJ's style!)

40 oz garbanzo beans (two and a half 1# cans, drained)
3/4 cup Tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 T salt
1 T minced garlic (or more if you love garlic)

***Put all ingredients in to food processor and blend until smooth and delicious!
